NYAKAHANGA HOSPITAL STRATEGIC PLAN PREPARATION MEETING. Comments: 167

Our hospital nyakhanga on 10 march 2023 held the meeting to prepare the new strategic plan starting from the year 2023. The meeting was attended by the leadership of our hospital, heads of departments, the planning officer of our diocese of karagwe (Mr. Baraka Misingo) and one advanced facilitator (Mr. Erasto Kamihanda). Other invited members were, hospital it and one representative from the diocese's planning department (Rev. Makoli). The meeting started at three o’clock in the morning and ended at eleven in the evening. And meeting was opened by the Chief physician Dr. Furaha Kahindo at three o’clock in the morning by to introduce guests, including the diocesan planning officer and the facilitator who were the ones to lead the meeting. In that meeting, the facilitator led different discussions as to evaluate the past strategic plan and later on he gave different tasks to the meeting members which were to preparing other strategies for this year 2023 and continuing. At the very end there was a scheduled session for presentation of the strategic plans prepared in the groups made from members. After that exercise, the facilitator thanked all the members for their good work and ordered all the work done by the members to be prepared and compiled together to make one document with a better strategic plan. Therefore at eleven o'clock in the evening the meeting was closed.
