A TRAINING SESSION ABOUT THE OUTBREAK OF THE MARBURG DISEASE. Comments: 288

Today, March 28, 2023, we are blessed to have a training session about the outbreak of the MARBURG disease. It is a special training session given with the aim of reminding/teaching/showing and emphasizing all the staffs and health service providers at our Hospital, on how we can protect ourselves from Marburg infection and how to serve/help/attend and isolate any patients or suspects who may have symptoms of the MARBURG disease. The facilitators/presenters of this training session were Dr Albert, Dr Betson and Nurse. Ezires Kakuru, they insisted on following all the necessary and needed procedures during and before attending the patients so as to avoid the risk of geting infection of Marburg disease in case we identify the patient or suspect of Marburg disease. Dr Esbon who also attended the session he finished the advise part by advising all of the staffs that, with all the efforts we are preparing and going to make in case we meet the infected people at our hospital, we should not forget to play to God so that God can protect us and avoid us with this outbreak disease.
