On Wednesday 12.07.2023, at our Nyakahanga Hospital. We had a meeting that aimed at improving some of the hospital services. The meeting was attended by the Hospital Management team, doctors, clinicians as well as the heads of departments(incharges. The session started at 8:00 pm and ended at 6:00 pm. The session aimed to get a short-term evaluation of the performance of work in some departments and identify various challenges, in parallel with that, the session also had the responsibility of finding a solution to the identified challenges. The session was conducted by chief clinician, Dr. Swai
